Shopify's Brand/Vendor Field vs Thrive's Vendors (New Experience)

Thrive Vendors are used internally to help you:

  • Organize vendors in one place

  • Assign products to vendors for reporting

  • Reorder products using Purchase Orders

This field is for internal management only and does not sync to Shopify


The main Vendor field in Thrive appears on the Vendors page and in the Product Details page under the Management or Identification section.


Shopify Brand/Vendor Field (Syncs to Shopify)

Thrive also includes a separate Brand/Vendor field that is Shopify-specific.

  • This field will sync to Shopify

  • Field management is enabled from Settings > Integrations

  • It is completely separate from Thrive’s internal Vendor field

The Shopify Brand/Vendor field is designed only for Shopify’s requirements and should not be confused with the Vendor field used for Purchase Orders or reporting.


This field can be edited from the Product Details>Integrations Section or in Bulk with the Edit Products for Shopify Spreadsheet
