Thrive does not support image syncing to Clover at this time.
Shopify, WooCommerce & BigCommerce
Shopify, WooCommerce & BigCommerce only allow 1 image per variant. If you'd like to add additional images in Thrive to sync out to these integrations, you'll need to add them to the Product images instead.
For Shopify and WooCommerce: Additional images can be linked using the product description. Just make sure to link directly to the image.
. Link directly to the image URL by:
Right-clicking on the image wherever it's hosted
Selecting "Copy Image Address" (or similar option)
Pasting the image URL into the product description field in Thrive
Troubleshooting Image Issues
Why are my images being uploaded sideways?
The cause: Most cameras store an "orientation" flag in the image file based on how the camera was physically rotated when the photo was taken. Some photo apps read this flag to auto-rotate the display without actually rotating the image data itself.
The result: An image that appears correctly oriented on your device may appear sideways when uploaded to Thrive.
How to fix it:
Open the photo in a photo editing application
Rotate the image to the correct orientation
Save the edited image
Upload the corrected image to Thrive
Why are my images recolored in PDF files?
The cause: The software that generates PDF files has trouble processing certain JPG files, particularly those using CMYK color spaces. This can cause colors to appear inverted or incorrect in printed labels and reports.
How to fix it:
Replace the image with a PNG file, or
Replace the image with a JPG file that uses an RGB color space instead of CMYK
You can convert color spaces using most photo editing software before uploading to Thrive.
Uploading Images in the Edit Product Page
Produce and Variant images can be added and managed using the "Manage Images" button on the Edit Product page:
Things to Note:
Thrive will automatically push pictures to the point of sale/web store (if supported).
Images are uploaded to Thrive and sync out in their original size. If needed, resize them before uploading to Thrive.
Images can be added to individual variants.
You can filter the Products, Variants, or Bins list pages to quickly find items that are missing images.
