Thrive syncs product information with WooCommerce to keep your inventory data consistent across both platforms. However, not all fields sync between the two systems due to WooCommerce's platform restrictions.
This guide explains which fields sync, how to manage WooCommerce-specific fields, and important limitations to know.
Please note that if the field is not listed, Thrive does not sync to/from it.

Finding WooCommerce - Specific Fields
Fields that are relevant exclusively to WooCommerce users can be enabled/disabled under the Integrations tab as shown here on the old Edit Products Page.
Enabling or Disabling WooCommerce - Specific Fields
Control which WooCommerce-specific fields appear in Thrive.
Go to Settings
Navigate to Feature Settings > Catalog > Integrations
Toggle WooCommerce fields on or off
Enabling fields makes them visible and editable in Thrive. By enabling them, Thrive will be the source of truth for these fields. Disabling fields hides them from Thrive. Once disabled, they can be managed in WooCommerce only moving forward.
Importing WooCommerce-specific fields
If you recently enabled a new field, be sure to click the "Import WooCommerce Fields" button to make sure what's in WooCommerce is reflected in Thrive, as shown here:
By importing this way, you'll only bring over information from those enabled fields. If you're just getting started using these fields, importing ensures syncing is properly enabled.
Editing WooCommerce-Specific fields
One-by-one
Edit individual products by clicking on the desired product on the Products page. From the Edit Products page, find the Integrations Section to view all Woocommerce fields in one spot, or navigate to the other sections mentioned above.
In Bulk
Once fields are enabled from the Settings page, under Feature Settings>Catalog>Integrations, click "Bulk Upload WooCommerce Fields" as shown here:
Next, you'll have the option to edit products OR variants. Depending on the fields you want to edit, you might need to generate a bulk upload spreadsheet for each.
Enabled integration-specific fields can be edited via a spreadsheet on the Bulk Uploads page.
Shipping
For details on the specific shipping fields we sync to WooCommerce, check out this article:
If you have questions about a particular field syncing, please refer to this guide first as it will have the most up-to-date information.
Manage Image Syncing to WooCommerce
You can control whether Thrive syncs product images to WooCommerce.
From Settings, under Locations & Integrations, your connected WooCommerce has additional sync settings you can manipulate, including turning Image Syncing On or Off to your WooCommerce.
If Image Syncing is turned OFF to WooCommerce, Thrive will not manage image data, and images can be managed in WooCommerce directly moving forward.
Things to Note:
WooCommerce only supports 1 image per variant. To add additional images, you'll need to add them to the Product images.
