Follow these steps to connect QuickBooks Online to Thrive.

From the Settings>Accounting page, click the "Add accounting integration" button as shown here:

Next, click β€œConnect,” sign into your QBO account, and follow the prompts.

When your QBO is successfully integrated, you will see it on the Accounting page:


Verifying and Managing QuickBooks Integration

After connecting QuickBooks:

  • Check Status: Navigate to the Accounting page under Settings to see whether QuickBooks is listed.

  • Managing Sync: If syncing is disabled, toggle the synchronization option to enable automated data transfers between the platforms.

If syncing is OFF, you'll need to manually enable it by following these steps:

By taking the steps mentioned above, you will be all set for syncing, whether that's our daily automatic syncing.

Pro Tip

"Sync daily sales summary" does not need to be enabled for manual purchase orders and invoices syncing.
