Automatic Daily Syncing
We’ll send an invoice to QuickBooks each night with net payments, shipping, tax collected, and total refunds. In addition to the transaction information, category COGS, etc.

Invoices and Purchase Orders
Manually pick and choose which Invoices and Purchase Orders sync to QBO. Syncing is done one by one and on demand. This means we won’t sync items automatically, so you’ll need to specify which invoice or purchase order you want to sync.

Quantity Syncing
Unlike sales-specific integrations like BigCommerce, Clover, Shopify, Square, and WooCommerce, our QuickBooks integration is accounting-based and functions differently.
While Thrive syncs product changes and sales with sales-specific integrations, it doesn't actively sync quantities with QuickBooks. Only quantities (deltas or changes) related to a manually synced purchase order or invoice are pushed to QuickBooks.
Thus, sales and other inventory movements aren't synced to QuickBooks; only the PO or invoice quantity is.
