In the Product Details page, you can review all the information for a specific product and its variants. For Square Hybrid Accounts, most fields are read-only, as all product details are managed directly in Square.
To access a product's detail page:
Go to the Variants Page in Thrive (Catalog>Products & Variants)
Click on the variant or line item you want to view
We will now go over the information available in each section.
Product
This section contains high-level product details, including:
Description: View your Product Name, Description, and Product Images
Access: View product availability settings across your locations and sales channels
Classification: View assigned product categories. The Google Product Category field is a Thrive-specific field that is not currently available to Square Hybrid accounts.
Management: View modifiers and vendors assigned to the product. Vendors can be added from the Variants Page. Thrive does not receive, sync, or export Thrive Vendor information to any integration.
Internal Notes: Internal Notes are currently unavailable in Square Hybrid Sync Accounts.
You can select which products from Square sync to Shopify. Once Thrive is connected, this option will appear under your Custom Attributes in Square:
Note: You can toggle it per product or update multiple products at once.
Variants
This section provides high-level details about the product variants.
Variants & Bundles: View the variants and attributes listed under your product.
Bundles can be created in Square, however, we will not import Bundle composition details, only product details and quantities.
Identification
This section provides key details to help identify each variant.

Inventory
This section provided inventory-related details:
Total Stock: Total Stock at all locations
Track Inventory: View whether inventory tracking is enabled or disabled

Shelf Life (days)*

Pricing
This section displays:
Variant Price
Pricing Type
Tax Rates
Location- specific price*

*These fields are not available on Square Hybrid Sync Accounts
Shipping
Shipping information will need to be edited in Shopify. Shipping fields and other Shopify-specific fields can be edited in Shopify. Thrive will not overwrite this information.
Integrations
Integration-specific fields must be managed within your integrations. Please visit your Square or Shopify to make changes.
Why Can't I Edit Anything?
Great question! Square Hybrid Sync accounts utilize Square as the source of truth for inventory management.
