Sync Trouble?
The Products Page includes options to troubleshoot syncing:
Sync to Sales Channels: Imports the latest product details from Square and reconciles inventory levels between Thrive and Square. Pushes out this data to Shopify.
Reconcile Inventory Levels: Use this if your product details are correct, but inventory quantities don’t match. This task will verify inventory levels between Thrive and Square, reconcile any discrepancies, and then update the counts in Shopify.
Before attempting the above tasks, it is recommended to follow the troubleshooting steps provided here.
Things to Note:
Square manages product details. Any attempt to create or edit products will redirect you to your Square Dashboard.
