The Average Monthly Transaction usage measures transactions from your different sales channels and locations.
On current Thrive plans, this is notable because each plan has preset limits. Here are the current plan limits:
Starter - Up to 1,500 transactions/month
Standard - Up to 3,000 transactions/month
Professional - Up to 10,000 transactions/month
Elite - Up to 25,000 transactions/month
Enterprise - Up to 75,000 transactions/month
Users with the Account Management permission can see where they're currently at from the Billing page under "Average Monthly Transaction Usage," as shown here:
If you exceed your current plan limitations, you can upgrade or add a bucket of additional monthly transactions. Here are the details on the add-on transactions:
