Close deals faster and eliminate the #1 bottleneck in merchant onboarding: Inventory Setup.

As a Clover Sales Rep, you know that building a 5,000-item inventory file from scratch can delay a merchant's "go-live" date by weeks. Thrive Catalog Builder solves this. It is a dedicated portal designed for sales organizations to build, manage, and deploy perfect catalogs to any Clover device in minutes, not days.

πŸš€ Why Thrive Catalog Builder?

Stop manually entering products one by one. With Thrive Catalog Builder, you can:

  • Build Once, Deploy Everywhere: Have a standard "Liquor Store Starter Pack"? Build it once and clone it across multiple merchants instantly. This applies to entire catalogs as well.

  • Manage Your Entire Portfolio: Work with multiple Clover merchants from a single, unified web portal. No more logging in and out of individual merchant dashboards.

  • Instant Industry Databases: Don't have a file? Pull products directly from our central database (currently featuring a robust Beer & Liquor library with more coming soon).

  • Flexible Uploads: Upload your own spreadsheets or combine multiple catalogs for a single merchant.

πŸ› οΈ How It Works: 4 Steps to Live Inventory

Step 1: Create your Clover Rep account

Step 2: Create the Merchant Profile

Log in to your newly created Thrive Catalog Builder Portal and create a new merchant. You simply need to enter the Clover Merchant ID (MID) to link the profile. This ensures the catalog goes to the exact right store.

Step 3: Build Your Catalog

Create a new catalog and choose your preferred method to add products:

  • From a File: Upload a CSV/spreadsheet and map the columns (SKU, Price, Title, etc.) to Clover fields.

  • From Database: Select items from our pre-built industry lists.

  • From Existing Catalog: Clone a previously successful catalog to save time.

Step 4: Activating a Catalog for Import

Once your product list is ready, click Activate. This triggers the secure checkout process. Once active, the catalog is immediately staged in the cloud, ready for the device to download.

Step 5: Import on the Device

On the merchant's Clover device:

1. Open the Convenience Store app.

2. Tap "Import Catalog."

3. Select the catalog you just built.

4. Review pricing (optional) and hit Import.

Result: The items populate directly into the Clover Inventory app, ready for sale immediately.

πŸ’° Pricing Structure

We offer a transparent, tiered pricing model based on catalog size. This is a per-catalog deployment fee. Your price is locked in, and you may consider passing some of the cost to the merchant.

Catalog Size (SKUs)

One-Time Fee

0 – 1,000

$500

1,001 – 3,000

$1,000

3,001 – 5,000

$1,500

πŸ“¦ High-Volume Catalogs: For massive inventories exceeding the standard tiers, our Overage Rule applies:

  • Threshold: 5,000 SKUs

  • Overage Rate: $0.08 per SKU for every item beyond the 5,000 threshold.
