When you contact us, please include:

  • Your name

  • Company name

  • MID (Merchant ID)*

  • A short description of your question or issue

You can find the MID from the Settings Tab from your Convenience Store app:

The MID is the 13 digit combination of numbers and letters at the end of your Clover account URL.
