What Thrive does and how it works (simplified).

Thrive does a lot of complex things, so it can be a complex product. This guide is intended to give you the main bullet points for what the app does and how it works.

What is Thrive?

Thrive manages inventory for merchants using Square, Shopify, Clover, WooCommerce, and BigCommerce (more integrations coming soon).

How does it work?

Thrive takes over the inventory management tools provided by your point of sale/e-commerce provider (Clover, Square, etc.). If you work with multiple integrations, we will act as the middleman syncing the inventory together.

The only thing that changes in your day-to-day workload when using Thrive is that any updates, changes, or additions to inventory are made ONLY in Thrive, not in the point-of-sale provider's app. All inventory work done in Thrive will then sync out automatically to your sale provider, so you never have to worry about updating inventory data anywhere else!

Is there a cost?

Yes (and no). We offer a 'Basic' tier that is free. Our free 'Basic' plan still gives users access to our sales reporting and dashboard insights at no charge but does not include inventory management functions. What's Included in the Free Basic Plan?

Paid plans start at just $99/mo. We offer a full-feature 30-day free trial of Thrive to test it out. 

Thrive is designed to pay for itself, so we give you plenty of time to see the return on investment.

What happens at the end of my trial?

You will simply continue on the plan you selected at the start of the trial. You can check what plan that is in the Settings section under Billing.

Can I cancel it?

Of course! (Although we'd love to earn your business). There's no contract or commitment. Billing is month-by-month (or year-by-year). To stop a paid plan, you just have to downgrade to Basic.
