Resetting Your Password
To reset your password, go to the login page and click "Forgot password?"
This will take you to the Forgot Password page.
Simply enter the email for your account and click "Send Reset Email."
If there's an account associated with the email, we'll send an email with a link to reset your password. That will take you to the as shown here:
If you already have a Shopventory account, you do not need to create a new account. Simply use your Shopventory login info to access your information on Thrive.
Didn't receive the reset email?
It can take up to 5 minutes to receive the reset email.
If it still isn't there after that time, try some of these possible solutions:
Possible solutions:
You may have typed the wrong email or an old email. Double-check that that is the address used for Thrive Inventory and that it's spelled correctly in all lowercase.
If the email contains CAPS. Retype the email address in all lowercase characters.
The email may have been incorrectly marked as spam or junk mail and filtered by your email provider. Check your spam folder.
If you have manually marked Thrive emails as spam in the past, it's possible your email address was added to a restricted list (we want to make sure we stay off of spam lists, so we take spam reports seriously). Please contact Customer Care if you suspect that's the case, and none of the remedies above have helped.

Changing Your Password
To change your password, visit Settings>User Settings>Password, as shown below.
